🔁 Refunds & Returns Policy

Silver Ridge Rabbitry & Farms sells both physical products and live animals. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. Different terms apply depending on what you’re buying.
🐇 Live Animals (Rabbits)
All rabbit sales are final.
- No refunds or returns on live animals once they leave our care.
- We guarantee that all animals are healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of pickup or transport.
- Quarantine and appropriate acclimation are the buyer’s responsibility.
- If we cancel a sale before pickup, any deposit will be refunded.
📦 Farm Products / Shipped Items
(Examples: handmade goods, feed supplements, merch)
If we begin shipping farm-related products, our policy will apply as follows:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

🛒 Amazon Affiliate Products
Silver Ridge Rabbitry & Farms participates in the Amazon Associates Program. When you click on a link to an Amazon product and make a purchase:
- All transactions are handled through Amazon.
- We do not handle or process these orders.
- Any questions about shipping, returns, or refunds for those items must be directed to Amazon Customer Service.
We earn a small commission from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item from our farm shop (not Amazon), please email us within 5 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Photos of the item/packaging
We will review and make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the case.
